Why AppHipMom loves it: print photos directly from mobile device
If you’re like me, you take a lot of photos from your smart phone. Though we live in the digital age, there are times when you actually need to print photos. When those photos are on your mobile device, it’s a bit of a pain to do (I don’t like doing anymore than I have to). So when I found the Walmart Photo Prints app, I got excited and couldn’t wait to give it a try.
Walmart Photo Prints lets you choose the photos you want to print from your mobile device. The user interface wasn’t bad, it was fairly self explanatory. I only had to order about 10 photos which didn’t take much time to upload, however, my girlfriend uploaded 50 photos which did take some time (be sure to use Wi-Fi) and she suggested that you turn off the auto-lock setting as it appeared to have disrupted the upload each time her device went to auto-lock.
Choose from glossy or matte in 4×6, 5×7 or 8×10 photo sizes. Photos cost $0.15 to $3.00 depending on size for one-hour processing. Choose your preferred Walmart location for pickup or let the app find the location closest to you. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been received for processing. You will receive another email once your order is complete and ready for pickup.
I was pleasantly surprised how well the app worked. It certainly made it easy for me to order prints directly from my mobile devices.
How often do you print photos?
